IN A NUTSHELL
The Willow + Well Foundation was born from love, faith, and the belief that strong communities are built through compassion. Founded by Kristin and Robby Sullivan, our mission is simple: to lift up our neighbors and ensure no one faces hardship alone.
Like the willow, we bend but never break. Like the well, we give freely and endlessly. Through food assistance, youth programs, and community outreach, we strive to bring hope, connection, and stability to families in need. Together, we’re creating a ripple effect of kindness — one act, one family, one neighbor at a time.
“Whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered.” – Proverbs 11:25

The Letters to Santa Project
The Letters to Santa Project is a heart-centered holiday initiative launched by a young couple, Abigail and Zayden, right here in Mount Union. Their mission was simple but powerful: to ensure that local children whose families may be facing hard times still experience the joy and magic of Christmas.
In just 12 days, families submitted 52 letters to Santa ahead of the December 20th deadline. Thanks to the dedication of Abigail and Zayden—and the overwhelming generosity of community partners and individual sponsors—every single child was sponsored.
Support for The Letters to Santa Project came from local businesses including Black and White Auto, Pinnacle Capital, World Marketing of America, Star Reality, and Willow + Well Foundation, along with countless individual sponsors who stepped in to donate funds or sponsor children directly.
Willow + Well Foundation is incredibly grateful to have been part of The Letters to Santa Project, and we look forward to supporting this meaningful initiative for many years to come.
Help us get a head start on next year.
Donations made now will directly support early planning, outreach, and sponsorship efforts for next year’s Letters to Santa Project, ensuring that even more children can experience the joy of Christmas. If you feel called to give, your support—no matter the amount—helps us continue this tradition of hope, generosity, and community.
Fall for Mount Union Community Fest
On October 18th, the Fall for Mount Union Community Fest brought our town together in a way that truly captured the heart of Mount Union. From smiling kids and busy vendor booths to neighbors reconnecting and new friendships forming, the day was everything we hoped it would be—and more. Even weeks later, people are still talking about how special the event felt, and that continued buzz means the world to us.
The festival showcased what makes our community so strong: local businesses showing up for one another, families spending quality time together, and a shared pride in creating something positive right here at home. The energy, turnout, and overwhelming support confirmed what we already knew—Mount Union shows up when it matters.
Because of that success, we’re thrilled to officially share that next year’s Fall for Mount Union Community Fest is already locked in for October 17th, 2026. Planning is underway, and our goal is simple: make an already wonderful event even better.
As we look ahead, our vision remains centered on community building, boosting the local economy, and supporting local businesses, all while creating a fun, welcoming space filled with activities for kids and families to enjoy together. We want this festival to continue being a place where memories are made, small businesses shine, and our community grows stronger year after year.
If the excitement from this past October is any indication, 2026 is going to be something truly special—and we can’t wait to build it with you.
